When doctors contact us looking for assistance, we take the time to learn about their practice, what type of staff they have, what they are looking for and what applicant review process works best for them.  We then evaluate our extensive pool of applicants and recruit others when necessary in order to find highly-qualified applicants who match the doctor's needs. 

 

Every Marilyn Taylor Medical Personnel applicant fills out a detailed application followed by a personal interview by Marilyn Taylor Medical Personnel staff. Following the personal interview, each applicant's prior medical employers are contacted for detailed references.  We do the checking so you don't have to.

PERMANENT STAFFING SERVICE:  Since 1983 we have serviced both medical and dental offices with Managers, Insurance Billers, Receptionists, Medical Assistants, X-Ray Techs, Secretaries, Transcribers and any other staff they may need. Our fee is 12% of annual salary payable in 30 days with a guarantee for 60 days.

We offer a complimentary consultation in your office to discuss your current and future needs, or we can provide any information you need by phone, mail or e-mail for your convenience.  We are at your service - no obligation unless you hire someone you meet through our office. .
