Front Office / Patient Service Coordinator
(Job #2076) FRONT OFFICE with some billing for Beverly Hills Pediatric practice. Billing experience would be a plus, but is not required.
ABOUT THE POSITION
Triage phone calls, providing information as needed Making and confirming appointments, handling requests for medical,
- Provide support to parents, help to calm upset children and ease difficult situations in the treatment room
- Assist parents with resources for their children as directed by the doctor
- Support the needs of multiple doctors throughout the practice as required
REQUIREMENTS
Must have 5+ years’ experience in a private medical office
- Experienced and seasoned in handling a very busy Front Desk atmosphere, Computer Savvy EMR is PCC , multiple distractions and a variety of tasks
- Patience in handling the special needs of the parents of young patients
- Must be able to remain calm when dealing with upset children and nervous parents
COMPENSATION, SCHEDULE AND BENEFITS
M-F 9:30-5:30 – occasional need for slightly extended day depending on schedule and patient needs
- $21-23hr depending on experience
- Benefits package includes 50% paid toward Health PPO HMO, 2 weeks’ vacation after 1 year, 3 days accrued Sick, 401(k) eligible after 1 year AND Profit Sharing, paid Holidays and Paid Parking, AFLAC
