JOB DETAILS

  • Administer nursing care to ill, injured, or disabled patients Diagnose and establish patient treatment plans Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care Educate patients about health maintenance and disease prevention Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities Maintain accurate patient medical records Provide advice and emotional support to patients and their family members

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong IV Infusion skills - this is NOT a training job!

  • Current RN license to practice nursing in California

  • Familiarity with medical software and equipment

  • Professional interpersona skills and ability to build rapport with patients

  • Self-motivated with strong problem solving and critical thinking skills with an

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks and seek assistance when needed to ensure a smooth patient flow and a high level of patient care and satisfaction

SCHEDULE, COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

  • 40hrs per week, Monday-Friday with rotating weekends

  • Salary: $110,000.00+  per year depending on experience

JOB DETAILS

  • Assists patients with feeding, walking, transferring and personal hygiene

  • Performs procedures such as dispensing/retrieving bedpans, using skin care products. 

  • Reports observations and outcomes of activities performed. 

  • Records and reports vital signs.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Valid CNA certification

  • Ability to deal with a variety of patients, staff, health care providers, and community representatives.

  • Knowledge of standard practices, rules and regulations related to licensed practical nursing.

  • Demonstrate the willingness and ability to work cooperatively and effectively with others. 

  • Be flexible and demonstrate teamwork.

  • Minimum 3-6 months experience in SNF setting

  • Ability to make a 1-year commitment

 

SCHEDULE, COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

  • Salary Range:$20.00 To 22.00 Hourly

  • M-F 8a-5pm (plenty of time to enjoy sunset dinners at the beach!!!)

JOB DETAILS

  • Perform history and physical examinations of oncology patients, provide accurate assessment and evaluation of oncology patients, and implement appropriate treatment plans under established protocols and physician supervision

  • Work with patients to Identify the optimum treatments that will be both tolerable and effective

  • Apply chemotherapy and new treatments including target and immunotherapy to patients,

  • Work with patients to utilize all resources available including infusions and specialty medications  

  • Coordinate with other specialists both locally and at renowned academic centers. 

  • Provide assistance as office management in the doctor’s absence

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Detailed background in oncology clinical medicine

  • Ability to independently prioritize work with minimal direct supervision

  • Professional communication skills including English speaking and writing to ensure clear communication

  • Experienced using an EMR/EHR system (electronic health record), word processing and spreadsheet programs to manage and retrieve patient information

  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision in the outpatient environment while performing a variety of tasks 

  • Experienced in proactively organizing, coordinating, and following complex clinical regimens

  • Skill in communicating and translating medical information to patients and their families in a clear way they will understand, including giving patients and families an understanding of their medical condition and what they might expect in the future. 

  • Knowledge and proficiency of the English language sufficient to read medical reports and records with comprehension and to prepare reports and correspondence 

  • Professional ability to interact effectively and communicate accurately with patients, colleagues and referring physicians

  • Skill in working as part of a team and collaborating with colleagues

  • Ability to perform effectively under conditions of fluctuating workload and frequent interruption Skill in prioritizing assignment to complete work in a timely and accurate manner

  • Proactively learn and follow practice and Hospital policies and procedures related to functions and responsibilities of the position

 

LICENSURE REQUIREMENTS

  • Graduated from an accredited MSN or PA program with a focus in Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (acute care, Family or Primary program required) 

  • National NP or PA certification required

  • Current CA RN ,NP/PA License, BLS, DEA License

  • Salary: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year depending on experience
