(Job #1528) Santa Monica DERMATOLOGY office seeks an experienced FRONT OFFICE.

Duties

  • Handle phones, check-ins, making and confirming appointments, patient paperwork
  • Insurance verification, calling in prescriptions and educating patients on pre- and post-procedure details and preparations
  • Discuss practice products and procedures with patients
  • Coordinate appointments for 2 doctors ensuring a strong schedule and working to fill openings for an efficient use of doctors’ time in the office

Requirements

  • Professional verbal and written communication in English
  • Knowledgeable about medical terminology
  • Desire to learn about the practice’s medical and aesthetics products and services
  • “Sales” experience highly desired - Ability and willingness to discuss company information with patients to encourage booked appointments

Schedule and Salary

  • M-F 9a-5p
  • $18/hr + doe
  • Full medical paid after 90 days, paid parking, vacation, sick and holidays
