JOB DETAILS

The CPT-1 role plays a key part in the practice in providing thorough care to our patients

Draw 10-12 vials of blood per patient for in-depth analysis and identification of potential health risks
-
The practice has multiple physicians so this role has a busy schedule
-
This person is the blood draw expert on staff handling most of the patient draws and preparing the blood for lab work
-
Work with lab staff to ensure bloodwork is handled with the utmost professionalism, accuracy and efficiency
-
May assist medical assistants with light Back Office including rooming a patient, taking a medical history and taking vitals to facilitate a smooth flow of patients through the practice.

May also support Front Office with phones during low patient times to support good customer service

REQUIREMENTS
-
Licensed CPT-1 - must present certificate at time of application to be considered or this opening
-
4+ years of RECENT blood draw work at a high volume of patients
-
Ability to draw on almost any adult
-
Skilled at drawing multiple vials - this role draws as many as 12 vials per patient so must be able to switch vials quickly and smoothly and avoid multiple sticks
-
High attention to details to ensure labelling and lab orders are handled quickly and accurately
-
Strong co-working mentality to support Medical Assistants, Front Office and Lab Staff as needed.

(Job #2508) Private medical practice in BEVERLY HILLS seeks a FULL LICENSED XRAY TECH. Preferably with DEXA certification. Medical Assistant skills desired but not required.
JOB DETAILS

Greet patients upon arrival and escort them to X-Ray room

Provide essential service of generating X-Ray Images of the body for diagnostic purposes, in accordance with the company safety policies and procedure manuals.

Perform appropriate equipment QC,
-
Ensure room is clean, neat and equipment sanitized for every patient
-
Maintain suite readiness for audits
-
Maintain needed logs for QC
-
Handle provider correspondence regarding reports, stored films and outside records
-
Assists with clinic room turnover during down time including rooming a patient, taking a medical history, documenting key concerns and vitals
-
Perform appropriate infection controls processes.

Maintains a safe workplace free of clutter

If also a medical assistant, may assist with other tasks within scope of experience
REQUIREMENTS

Current CRT License Required (California Radiologic Tech) Full license with knowledge of bone density preferred, but not required

DEXA certification preferred.

Maintain current training and licensure on X-ray techniques with improvement of personal qualification through education programs, conferences, workshops and additional reading materials. Obtains appropriate CME to maintain CRT licenses and ARRT certification

Ability to communication information and directions to patients, understand questions and provide answers

(Job # 2457) LIMITED XRAY TECH / MEDICAL ASSISTANT with blood draw proficiency for CENTURY CITY-area private medical practice. Must be Limited Xray Tech and Medical Assistant with solid blood draw skills!
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Handle taking Xrays – Limited Xray license required

Assist doctors with exams, minor procedures, wound care

Room patients, take vitals, chief concerns, medical history

Perform blood draw, injections, EKGs and other procedures

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in internal medicine

Active Limited XRay license in California
-
Strong blood draw and injections skills!

Computer proficient with a working knowledge of EMR,
-
Experience with electronic prescriptions, messaging, patient portal, etc.

COVID-19 vaccinated or subject to twice weekly testing
