The identity of a client is kept confidential until the client approves a candidate for interview.  At that time, the candidate is provided all necessary information on the client appropriate for an interview or temp-work-day including practice address, office contacts, job description, details on parking and attire. Additionally, we provide clients with any details on the candidate that will create an informed, relaxed and interractive interview for all participants.

Our privacy promise to Clients and Applicants...

The identity of a candidate, regardless of their status of active or inactive in a job search, is kept strictly confidential from current employers and other candidates.  Candidates are only presented to clients after the candidate personally approves the agency to present them for a position. Current employers are NOT contacted for references unless an applicant has already submitted a resignation and specifically requests such contact.  We advise candidates when an employment offer is presented in writing and when accepted, we provide support in submitting a resignation to the current employer in a professional manner.
