The identity of a client is kept confidential until the client approves an applicant for interview. At that time, the applicant is provided all necessary information on the client appropriate for an interview or temp-work-day including practice address, doctors and managers, details on parking and attire. Additionally, we provide clients with any details that will create a relaxed and informative interview for all participants.

The identity of an applicant, regardless of their status of active or inactive in a job search, is kept strictly confidential from current employers and other candidates. Applicants are only presented to clients after the applicant personally approves the agency to present them for the position. Current employers are not contacted for references unless an applicant specifically requests such contact and provides name, title and workoplace phone number for such contact.
